Music

The gift of music is embraced with enthusiasm at First Presbyterian Church. Individual talents are nurtured and shared to the glory of God. In the first service our music leans toward more traditional hymns and anthems, with occasional more contemporary special music. Our pipe organ is played to accompany hymns and for special music. We have a strong Chancel Choir and Bell Choir. Solos and ensembles are offered periodically. In the second service we have a Praise Band and Singers who offer a wide range of contemporary Christian music. The band includes drum, base, guitar and piano. We welcome new musicians to rotate into Sundays throughout the year. If you would like to know more please contact our music director Dean Faulk.
